The people behind FACG.
A small, deliberately senior team. Every engagement is led by one of the people you see here, not handed off to a junior pool.
Anaya leads our 24/7 SOC and incident response practice. With over a decade across financial services and managed security, she has built detection programmes on Microsoft Sentinel, Wazuh and Splunk, and led containment for ransomware, business email compromise and insider threat cases. She holds CISSP and GCIH, mentors a team of nine analysts split between London and Lahore, and chairs FACG’s internal threat-intelligence working group.

Omar heads engineering for our digital practice. He has shipped customer-facing web and mobile platforms across fintech, retail and education, and is hands-on with Next.js, React Native, .NET and AWS. He pairs clean architecture with a strong design sensibility, runs delivery in two-week sprints, and personally code-reviews every release. Previously a senior engineer at two London-based fintechs and a Dubai e-commerce group, he speaks Arabic, English and Urdu.

Amelia oversees our finance, compliance and commercial advisory work. ACCA-qualified with a background in corporate audit and contract law, she helps clients tighten cashflow, navigate HMRC and Companies House obligations, and structure commercial agreements that hold up under pressure. Before FACG she spent eight years inside a Big Four audit practice and two years in-house at a London SaaS scale-up, giving her a rare blend of audit rigour and operator pragmatism.

David leads our strategic advisory work. Twenty years across consulting, private equity and operating roles, he helps founders and boards translate IT, security and back-office investment into measurable commercial outcomes, with quarterly business reviews that focus on value, not vanity metrics. He has run IT due diligence on more than thirty M&A transactions and sat as interim CIO for two PE-backed portfolio companies through their integration phases.
